5. What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Our membership options (Harmony, Serenity, and Renewal) offer exclusive discounts, session rollovers, priority booking, and complimentary perks like sound healing upgrades and guest passes.
6. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and a final charge for the current month will apply.
Event-Specific Questions
7. How are group sound healing sessions structured?
Our sound healing sessions include a brief introduction, a 45-minute immersive sound journey, and a closing moment with herbal tea, water, or sacred cacao, followed by a light snack or lunch.
8. How many participants are allowed in group events?
Group events are capped at 10 participants to ensure a focused and intimate experience.
9. What happens if I cancel an event booking?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, with no refunds provided.

10. Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance as required by law, covering the scope of our services and community events.
11. What are the risks of outdoor or in-home services?
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we cannot be held liable for weather conditions, accidents, or situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, falls, etc.). Additional travel costs apply based on the location’s distance from our center.

No prior experience is necessary. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step.

We suggest bringing a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that enhances your comfort while lying down. Some mats and blankets are provided if needed.

Policies and Payments
19. What is your cancellation policy?
For regular services, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. For events, a 48-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full charges.
20. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered for services rendered, absences, late arrivals, or early departures. Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances at management’s discretion.
